Solicitors at our Tuggerah Office

About our Tuggerah Office

Nash Allen Williams & Wotton solicitors have been serving the Central Coast since 1957, with our presence in the area always anchored by our offices in The Entrance. However, the firm grew significantly over the years, and in 2024 The Entrance and the Toukley offices were merged into one large, purpose built office in Tuggerah.

The Tuggerah offices are located in Suites 1D & 1E of the Tuggerah Straight Commercial Centre, which can be found at 152-156 Pacific Highway, Tuggerah. We’re on Tuggerah Straight in the same centre as PRP Medical Imaging, BCF and Supercheap Auto. The centre has a large parking lot with free parking and will be on your left if driving towards Wyong town centre. If travelling from Wyong, the roundabout at Mildon Road will allow you to get onto the right side of Pacific Highway to access the centre. We’re open from 9am until 5pm, Mondays through Friday.

Three of our Partners–Dominic Nash, Peter Wotton, and Geoff O’Reilly–are based at our Tuggerah offices.

Dominic, son of founder, Ron Nash, joined the firm more than 30 years ago. While he is more than able to assist our clients with the buying and selling of commercial and residential real estate, his specialty is family law. He is known for his professionalism and discreteness when working with clients through divorce, the division of property, child support and care arrangements, and spousal maintenance or intervention orders. However, he is just as adept at dealing with all aspects of estate planning, the establishment of family trusts, and managing injury claims, building disputes, and overseeing civil or commercial litigation.

Peter has been with Nash Allen Williams & Wotton solicitors since the late 1970s, and Partner since 1984. While also having experience and expertise in managing deceased estates handling Succession Act claims (contested wills and estates), Peter is known to regularly visit elderly or disabled clients in their home to assist with will preparation, appointing Enduring Powers of Attorney, or appointments of Enduring Guardian. However, he is perhaps best known in the Central Coast community for his family law work, from matters relating to property and children, through to helping with Binding Financial Agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Geoff joined Nash Allen Williams & Wotton in 2016, following an extensive career with the NSW Department of Justice. He has an interest in ‘elder law’, and regularly advises clients and their families on matters relating to succession planning. This includes the appointment of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardian, retirement village contracts, deeds of guarantee in relation to finance agreements, and reverse mortgages. However, his experience also extends to areas such as residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, the sale or purchase of businesses, commercial law, and civil litigation.

Our solicitors at Tuggerah

Anita has been with the firm for more than two decades. In addition to advising on residential and commercial property transactions, Anita regular reviews contracts, mortgage documents, leases, and retirement village agreements. Her expertise extends to checking for compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, arranging pre-purchase property inspections and assisting with government authority enquiries throughout the conveyancing process. Anita does not only focus on Commercial Law and Conveyancing. She also works with Deceased Estates and advises on effective Estate Planning, including the drafting of wills and Powers of Attorney, and appointments of Enduring Guardian.

Joining Nash Allen Williams & Wotton in 2010, Amanda has extensive knowledge of conveyancing laws in NSW. This allows her to deliver exceptional assistance to clients through every aspect of buying or selling homes, land, or investment properties. With a keen understanding of the many finer details of this area of law, Amanda can provide her clients with expert explanations and legal advice on contracts, mortgages, and other documents related to conveyancing. As with all our other solicitors, she can also help with the administration of deceased estates, Succession Act claims, and the preparation of wills, and the appointment of Enduring Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardian.

Maddy joined the firm in July 2022, completing her Diploma of Legal Practice and gaining admission as a solicitor in October 2023. With a background in criminology and social justice from Macquarie University, she specialises in criminal law, local court litigation, estate planning, Succession Act claims, conveyancing, and debt recovery. Known for her dedication and professionalism, Maddy strives to achieve the best outcomes for clients, whether defending charges or assisting with estate administration. Based at the Tuggerah Office, Maddy values the firm’s established presence within the Central Coast community.

Abena joined Nash Allen Williams & Wotton in August 2024, bringing extensive legal expertise from her previous role as a Senior High Court Registrar in Ghana. With an LLB from Central University of Ghana and admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022, she specialises in personal injury claims, including workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident claims, as well as wills, estate planning, criminal law, and conveyancing. Abena is recognised for her commitment to safeguarding client interests and applies her thorough knowledge to achieve favourable outcomes across her areas of practice.
