Following a long career with the NSW Department of Justice, Geoff joined our firm in 2016. Geoff was appointed Associate in 2017 and Partner in 2020.

Geoff maintains a broad practice and acts for clients in a range of practice areas including wills and estates; contested wills; residential and commercial property conveyancing; retail and commercial leasing; sale and purchase of business; commercial law; administrative law (Government, licencing and Regulatory) and civil litigation.

Geoff has particular expertise in family provision claims (also known as contesting a will). He regularly acts for parties who have not been sufficiently provided for in a will and also for executors of estates defending these types of claims. This broad experience means Geoff can offer his clients well-rounded and sound advice at every stage of the claim.

Of particular interest to Geoff is the emerging area of ‘elder law’ and he advises clients and their families in relation to succession planning; the appointment of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardian; retirement village contracts; deeds of guarantee in relation to finance agreements and also reverse mortgages.

Extremely conscious of the firm’s dedicated service to the people of the Central Coast for over two generations, Geoff focuses on earning the trust his clients place in him. Nash Allen Williams and Wotton are ‘a well-known and rock-solid fixture in the local community and clients are comforted by our longevity and stability’.

Geoff is based at The Entrance office.
