Amanda joined Nash Allen Williams and Wotton in 2010; first as a receptionist, then as a paralegal, and finally as a solicitor. Originally from Kempsey on the northern coast of NSW, Amanda’s passion for law began in her high school years. She completed her Associate Degree in Law in 2010 and Bachelor of Laws in 2014 at Southern Cross University, followed by her Graduate Diploma in Law through the College of Law in 2015, and, after several years working and studying, Amanda achieved her long-time career goal of becoming a solicitor. Known for her tenacity, her colleagues would describe Amanda as professional, hardworking and dedicated to seeing a process through.
Having a comprehensive understanding of NSW conveyancing laws, over the last 10 years Amanda has ably assisted clients to buy or sell their home, land or investment property through preparing sales contracts, mortgages and other related legal documents. Amanda has an excellent reputation for giving sound legal advice on contracts and explaining their implications. She understands the finer legal details and her rigorous approach ensures her clients have peace of mind.
Amanda also has considerable experience in deceased estates, estate planning, wills, powers of attorney and appointments of guardianship. She recently solved an estate matter involving locating the identity and location of ‘unknown’ beneficiaries which was a step outside the usual.
A young mum with two little children, Amanda is based full-time at the Tuggerah office.
