Dominic has particular expertise in family law giving professional and discrete advice on critical matters such as divorce, division of property, children’s ongoing care arrangements, child support, spousal maintenance or intervention orders. He understands that establishing and maintaining your legal position in family law matters can be confusing and frustrating. Dominic has a deep knowledge of all aspects of family law, litigation and the Family Court, and a demonstrated history of supporting local clients and families during these stressful times.
He is a member of the NSW Law Society, Central Coast Law Society and Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association, as well as Surf Life Saving Australia. Dominic enjoys running the ‘Nippers’ Surf Education Program at Catherine Hill Bay Surf Club and has done so for some years. When not chasing after his four children he enjoys mountain bike riding, rugby, cricket and piano.
