Admitted in March 2026 after several years' experience as a wills and estates legal assistant, Kaila is a general practitioner acting across wills and estates, criminal law and family law from our Tuggerah office.
Born and raised on the Central Coast, Kaila attended MacKillop Catholic College, where she received consecutive academic excellence awards for her top marks in Legal Studies. Following this early interest, she went on to graduate from the University of Newcastle with a double degree, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology, before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in March 2026.
Prior to joining the team in early 2026, Kaila gained several years of invaluable experience as a legal assistant specialising in Wills and Estates. This background provided her with an understanding of the practicalities of legal practice and a strong foundation in guiding clients through the process. As a general practitioner, Kaila maintains a versatile practice across a broad range of matters, including Wills and Estates, Criminal Law and Family Law.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping people solve legal problems, Kaila is dedicated to making the law accessible and clear for her clients. She focuses on providing practical guidance ensuring individuals and families feel supported during what can be an overwhelming time. Having a young family of her own, she deeply values the firm's community-minded and family-oriented approach to legal practice.
Kaila is based full-time at our Tuggerah office.
