Nash Allen Williams & Wotton has been providing legal services to the Central Coast community for over 60 years in the areas of property and conveyancing, deceased estates, estate planning, family law, criminal and traffic law and general litigation.

We are looking for an experienced legal secretary or administrative assistant to join our team on a full time basis at our office in Toukley. This role will see the successful candidate working closely with a principal solicitor of the firm.

The successful applicant will possess the following:
• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in the legal or similar industry
• A great work ethic with a positive flexible approach to fit in with our professional and friendly team
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• A high level of attention to detail & accurate typing skills
• Experienced with the Microsoft Office suite

Desirable criteria:
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and possess a high level of initiative
• Experienced with LEAP Legal Software
• Experienced with PEXA
• NSW Justice of the Peace

This role is certainly busy but not frantic. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy and be able to really make this role your own.

Salary is competitive and based on experience.
